The Merc is going to be a 112-acre mixed-use district in San Antonio designed to be more than just a place — it’s a community. Created as a walkable, connected destination, The Merc brings together modern living, shopping, dining, wellness, and recreation in one vibrant setting.

Our vision is to blend well-known national brands with distinctive local businesses, creating a diverse retail experience that feels both familiar and fresh.
